find your best self
Jonathan Meza,
LPCC #5916
Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I’ve worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults in individual sessions to guide them onto a healing path.
My areas of expertise include addressing depression, anxiety, anger, life adjustments, trauma effects, grief, and self-harm symptoms. I offer interventions to help clients learn coping skills, build insight, manage tasks, practice mindfulness, and process trauma. With a focus on cultural competence for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community, each treatment plan is collaboratively tailored to meet your unique needs.
I draw from various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused and regular Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Additionally, I have experience in grief counseling, ADHD management, faith-based counseling, and play therapy.
As a therapist, I’m known for my attentive listening and compassionate approach. I believe that life’s challenges can lead to incredible personal growth. I gently guide clients, respecting their individual pace in self-discovery and motivation to achieve their goals.
On a personal note, I’m a US Army veteran who has navigated the grief and loss of a child. Fluent in Spanish, I was raised by immigrant parents from Mexico and El Salvador. My daily inspiration comes from being a husband, a blessed father of two, and my passion for music, art, science, technology, geek culture, nature, and spirituality.

Rosalba Gama-Hernandez, LMFT #146370
Saludos! I’m Rosalba Gama-Hernandez, a first-generation Mexican American and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over seven years of experience in mental health and two decades in the field of education. As the eldest daughter of immigrants, I have a deep understanding of the complex intersections of culture, identity, belonging, and well-being. This lived experience grounds my appreciation for culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors the unique stories and strengths of each individual and family.
In my practice, I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy to support clients in building awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and valued—spaces where healing and growth are not only possible but celebrated. Much of my work centers on advocating for Latino and Immigrant communities, addressing barriers to care through education and cultural awareness.
Together, we will explore the thoughts, memories, and experiences that shape your life, identify patterns and strengths, and work toward a deeper connection to yourself and those around you. It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey toward healing, empowerment, and wellness.
